Ingredients
6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1/4 cup Lemon Juice1 tsp Ground Black Pepper6 Cloves Garlic, Minced1.5 tsp Poultry Seasoning3 tsp Sodium Free Chicken Granulated Bouillon1 Cup Water
Directions
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, pepper, garlic, poultry seasoning and chicken bouillon. Pour over chicken. Add water (enough that the chicken is halfway submerged in the liquid, but not totally covered.) Cook on low for 8 hours. 1 serving is a whole chicken breast.

Adjust the lemon juice and seasonings to your taste.

If anyone tries this, let me know what you do with the broth at the end. I tried to make a gravy with it, but need to do some more experimenting.
