Low-fat Egg & Cottage Cheese quiches (no crust)

Ingredients
2 whole eggs5 egg whites1 cup low-fat cottage cheese1 clove garlic, chopped1/2 cup diced onions1 spring onion, chopped3 slices of low-fat ham, diced (optional)
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Sautee the garlic, onions and ham.
Mix together with the eggs and cottage cheese. Pour into 8 non-stick muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
