Skewered Pork Loin

Ingredients
1/2 C Unsweetened Pineapple Juice1 Lb Boneless Pork Loin, cut in 1/8" slices1 tsp Minced Garlic2 TB Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp ground Coriander1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Place pork in deep boil. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Marinade, covered, 1 hour.
Soak bamboo skewers in water. Weave through pork strips so meat lies flat.
Broil 4"-5" from heat for 2 minutes; turn; brush with marinade; broil 2 minutes or until done.
