2 cups black eyed peas, cooked1 can low sodium beef broth3 cups water1 (15 oz) can crushed tomatoes2 bay leaves2 carrots, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped1 large clove garlic, minced1 med. onion chopped2 cups green beans, sliced2 tsp jerk seasoning
Throw everything into a pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook until black eyed peas are tender. (I used about 1 1/2 cups dry beans, soaked overnight.) Salt to taste once they are tender. (salt not included in nutrition info.)
