Lorren's Apple Walnut muffins

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large 1/4 cup waterBrown Sugar, .5 cup, packed dehydrated apple slices, 1 oz Cracker Barrel Apple Butter, 2 tbsp Diet V8 Splash Juice,Tropical Blend, 8 oz *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cupWalnuts, 1 cup, chopped Baking Powder, 1 tsp Cinnamon Applesauce, 1 cup Baking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp
Directions
Soak dehydrated apples and oats in 1 cup of diet splash. Combine eggs and brown sugar till smooth add applesauce and apple butter. Mix with oats and the dry ingredients. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Makes 20 muffins
