Evaporated Milk Substitute

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups warm water 1 cup nonfat dry powdered milk 2 teaspoons margarine
Directions
Mix powdered milk and warm water together.
Add butter. In a small pan, heat mixture together.
Beat well, cool, and store in the refrigerator.

NOTE: I put all in blender to mix it; I did not heat on stove. This made some foam on top but otherwise worked out fine.
