Fiber One Muffins

Ingredients
1 C Fiber One Cereal1/4 C Flax Seed1Egg or 2 egg whites1/4 C Vegetable Oil or Applesauce12 oz. Yogurt ( I use Fruit on the bottom type)1 1/2 C. Flour1 1/2 t. Baking Soda1/2 t. Baking Powder1/2 t. Salt1/3 C. Lightly Packed Brown Sugar1t. Vanilla1t. Cinnamon1/3 C Craisins1/2 C.Chocolate Chips
Directions
Crush cereal and flax seed in Blender or food processor. Set Aside.

In a large bowl mix together
Egg,Oil and Yogurt

Add In
Flour, soda,powder, salt,sugar,vanilla, cinnamon craisins and chocolate chips. Mix well

Add Cereal/ Flax Seed mixture to batter. Mix well

Line muffin tins with paper cups. Fill cups nearly to the top.

Bake at 400 degress for 18-20 minutes

Freezes well.
