Ingredients
1 cup Fat free vanilla yogurt ( Stoneyfield Farm), 1 Cup Orange Juice, 1/2 c Blueberries, and 1/2 c. Raspberries. Add protein powder as you wish. Frozen fruit works well.
Directions
Blend all together. Makes 2 8 oz. servings.
