Grandma's Skillet Goulash

Ingredients
1 cup macaroni1 pound ground beef1/4 cup finely chopped onion1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper1 14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes with green chiles4 Tablespoons Salsa (Optional)
Directions
Cook macaroni as directed on package.

Brown ground beef, drain and rinse before placing back in skillet. Add chopped onion and green pepper to the ground beef and cook until slightly done, stirring constantly.

Add undrained diced tomatoes and salsa to ground beef mixture. Heat through.

Add drained macaroni and mix well.
