Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
Potatoes, 4 medium1/2 tsp salt1/2 c sour cream1 T butter2 T ranch dressingsprinkle of shredded cheese
Directions
Scrub potatoes; prick with fork. Bake in microwave for 10 to 20 minutes or until done. Cut lengthwise. Reserve potato shells; scoop out insides. Mix insides with all other ingredients except cheese. Pile mashed potato mixture back into potato shells. Sprinkle tops with cheese and bake in microwave for another few minutes until cheese is melted.
