    Amazing! This was my first home made balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing. I love it! I used minced garlic, ground black pepper and red pepper , left out the salt and subbed basil and a Chicken Grilling Mrs. Dash blend but will make again hopefully next time with fresh basil, chives and parsley! - 12/30/09
