Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 3 cup shredded Carrots, raw, 1 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 0.5 cup slices Green onions, .5 cup, chopped *Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), canned, 1 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed *Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup Wonton strips for garnish--1/2 cupWishbone Asian Silk salad dressing, 2 serving
Directions
grill chicken breast & dice.

Per serving: Place lettuce in bottom of bowl & spray with dressing. Add carrots, chestnuts, onions, and bean sprouts. Spray w/ dressing

Put chicken on top and mandarin oranges--one more good spritz of dressing.

Sprinkle wonton strips on top of all.

Serves 2 for a meal.
