Healthier Easy Soft Tacos

1 lb. COOKED ground beef1 taco seasoning packet6 whole wheat tortillas1 cup shredded red leaf lettuce1 cup diced tomatoes1/2 cup shredded cheese
Make the taco meat according to the directions on the taco seasoning packet. Make each taco with the following measurements:
On one whole wheat tortilla, spoon approximately:
1-1.5 tablespoons taco meat
1 tablespoons shredded lettuce
1 tablespoon tomatoes
1/2 tablespoon shredded cheese
NOTE: The recipe calls for 1 lb of COOKED ground beef. If you want to save a little money, buy the cheap stuff, cook it, then rinse it off under hot running water. VOILA! Lean ground beef.
