Simple Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey3 tbsp ketchup1 egg1/3 envelope dry onion soup mix2 slices bread
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients well. Form into loaf in baking dish. Cook 30 - 40 minutes depending on stove. This is the basic recipe. Other variations include adding onions or tomatoes, or both!

    Although I only had a packet of Vegetable Soup Mix, this was still very good. Also threw in about a TB of dried chopped onions and baked the loaf for 50 minutes. Served it with mash potatoes and steamed veggies. - 12/28/10
