Low Fat Lasagna

Ingredients
1 8oz. pkg. Three cheese mix1/2 c. parmesan cheese, divided in half1 16oz non-fat cottage cheese1 1lb.10oz jar your favorite spaghetti sauce1/2 lb browned ground sirloin1 8oz.box no-bake lasagna noodles
Directions
Mix cheeses together except 1/4c.parmesan in a medium bowl and set aside. Spray lasagna pan with olive oil spray or brush with olive oil. Layer ingredients as follows:
Sauce
Noodles
Cheese mixture
Ground beef sparingly

Make three layers and cover with foil to bake. Bake until bubbling throughout (about 50 minutes at 425 degrees) Uncover and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese on top. Return to oven to brown (10-15 minutes) When brown, remove from oven and let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
