Chicken & White Bean SouthWest Chili

Ingredients
Dice one peeled yellow onion1 Bay Leaf1 tsp diced Garlic1 cup Sam's Choice Southwest Salsa1 cup Chicken Browth1 cup Frozen Corn Kernals1 can small white [navy] beans, rinsed6 oz Chicken breast. Other herbs as desired.
Directions
I keep Tyson or Store brand Chicken tenders in the freezer. I have found that if I use them instead of large chicken breasts, it is easier t measure and will cook from the frozen state. Can shred the chicken with a for when near time to serve, or dice before placing in the crock pot.

Add all ingredients to crock pot and cock on low for 6-8 hours. [Know your crock pot.]
