Real Values=16 servings, 124 cal each, 4.5 g fat, 31 g sodium, 24.3 carbs, 2.4 g fiber, 12.2 g sugar (naturally occurring), 2.8 g fiber. Be sure to use unsalted nuts and seeds. These looked so good I made then and the re-calculated the nutritional values. Vary tasty. I used 1 tsp cinnamon. - 8/16/11

Being celiac, I used GF flour, omitted the wheat germ, used pecan nuts instead of walnuts and left out the pumpkin seeds, and used Greek yogurt. They're great! Not that sweet, which means Himself isn't crazy about them, but they'd make an awesome energy bar style snack. Thanks for sharing the recipe - 1/15/12

made a batch last night and they are really good. chewy, with just the right sweetness. The nutrition info is wrong however. for 8 servings its actually 192cals, 3.2g fat and 4.2g protein. many thanks for sharing. - 6/29/10

Very healthy tasting, however I did make a few changes. I added 1/4 c craisins & 1tbls flax meal & used .75 tspPampered Chef Cinnamon instead. They were a bit crumbly and soft - probably because I accidently added too much honey. Cut into 32 servings - 64 calories and 2.2 g of fat each. - 6/9/08

Er, the nutrition information HAS to be wrong. Did you plug the ingredients into the top part of the recipe calculator? - 4/17/08
