Citrus Baked Chicken

Ingredients
1 whole chicken1 lemon sliced into wedges (or orange)1 purple onion sliced into wedges2 tbs Country Crock1 tsp rosemary2 tbs extra light olive oil5 tsp Tony's Chachere Seasoning
Directions
Clean whole chicken well. Chop lemon and onion and place in bowl. Add rosemary and olive oil to the bowl with lemon and onion, mix well. Place this mixture with the country crock inside the chicken cavity. Sprinkle the Tony's seasoning over the chicken. Cover and bake for 50 minutes at 375. Uncover and bake 10 minutes.
Makes 5 - 1 1/2 piece servings.
