1 box of Near East couscous1 tomatoasparugus steamedparsleygarliconion chicken stocklemongrated carrot
Directions
Prepare couscous according to box directions, substituting water for low fat chicken stock and add the juice of one whole lemon. Mince garlic and Parsley, add to couscous. Add chopped tomato, onion, asparagus.
