Spicy Crab Salad Sandwich

1 lb Imitation Crab meat1 to 2 tbsp Sweet Relish1 to 2 tbsp Fat Free Mayo1 to 2 tsp Dijon Honey MustardFor taste add a dash of Creole Seasoning and Mrs. Dash Original. For color, add a dash of Paprika.
Spray your skillet with Pam or other Light cooking spray. Place skillet over low/medium heat and scramble 1lb of crab meat into the skillet.
As it is heating, add a dash of Creole Seasoning, Paprika, and Mrs. Dash Original and mix together.
After 2-3 minutes of heating, pour the crab in a bowl. Add the mayo, relish, and dijon honey mustard to the scrambled season crab meat and mix together with a fork.
After mixing, cover and place mix in refrigerator and let it cool to your liking. After cooling, place 1 serving between two slices of bread.
