Ingredients
1 package glory turnip greens cut and ready2 cans chicken broth1 onion, chopped6 cloves of garlic2 Tbs olive oil extra virgin
Directions
Brown onion and garlic in oil, after browned add chicken broth and greens. Mix and cover, cook on low for 2hr
makes 20 - 1 cup servings

    I used this recipe as a base. I used fresh turnip & collard greans and added a ham hock, pepper, Tabasco and 3 additional cups of chicken broth. It turned out very well. This recipe could, obviously, be vegetarian with the use of vegetable broth instead of chicken broth and would be just as good. - 11/8/11
