Broiled Mahi Mahi w/Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
1/2 lb Mahi Mahi (fresh or frozen)2 Tbsp plain low fat yogurt2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese1 tsp Dijon mustard1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp horseradish sauce1/2 tsp dried dill weed1/2 tsp dried parsley
Directions
Arrrange fish on broiling pan. Combine the remaining ingredients and spread the sauce mixture over the filets in a thin layer. Place under broiler approximately 8 inches from heat for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. You may garnish with lemon slices or wedges, if desired.

    nice one, easy - I have also done a version skip cheese and add finely chopped nuts, and a sprinkle of panko, use the yogurt/mustard herbs as written . I baked it at 425 on a sheet pan with fish on a wire rack. I need to be careful not to over bake it. - 2/19/19
