Easy Chicken Soup

Ingredients
Chicken stock, home-prepared, or ready-to-use,3 cupsChicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed, boiled, shreddedFlour, white, 2 tbspOlive Oil, 3 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves Salt, 0.5 tsp Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Pour olive oil in a pan, add flour into the pan and cook until flour becomes light brown for about 3 minutes.

Next, add chicken stock slowlyand stir until soup starts boiling. This soup is good when it is thick.

Mash garlic cloves with salt.

Then add garlic and shredded chicken breast into the boiling soup, boil for 3-4 minutes more.

Serve with black pepper on it.

    Good, very easy to make, I used a leftover whole roasted chicken and added the drippings from the chicken & some unsalted butter to the olive oil & flour mixture, gave it another flavor, good basic starter recipe, you can add to it. - 3/30/11
