Balsamic Braised Red Cabbage

1/2 cup water1 cup shredded red cabbage1/2 tsp salt or to taste2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
In a sauce pan with a lid, heat the water until it steams. Add the cabbage and salt. Cover the pan with the lid for two minutes to let it steam. Remove the lid, add the Balsamic Vinegar and cover the pan for two more minutes. Remove from heat and drain. Cabbage will be crisp/tender.
