Brocolli Cauliflower Dish

Ingredients
1 c. fresh brocolli florets1 c cauliflower florets1/3 c shredded carrots3 egg whites whipped1/2 c cheddar cheese
Directions
Cut brocolli and cauliflower in small florets. Add shredded carrot. Mix together and steam until hot. Whip egg whites and add to mixture, stir to cover all. Cook until eggs are white and have glued all veggys together. Sprinle with cheese. Melt and enjoy!
