1 C plain dry oatmeal1/2 C low fat cottage cheese1 C egg beaters2 t vanilla extract1/2 t cinnamon1/2 t nutmeg
Directions
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Spoon in hot skillot, brown, flip and repeat.
