5 Whole Wheat Tortillas4 large eggs, scrambled1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder6 oz. Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage3 Tbsp Country Crock Churn Style Margarine3/4 cup frozen diced onions and peppers blend1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, reduced fat
In a large skillet, brown sausage, about 6 to 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another large skillet, melt margarine. After melted place onions and peppers and saute until onions are translucent. Push onions and peppers to the side of the pan. Pour scrambled eggs to open side of the pan. Stir and cook until firm.
Heat torillas according to package directions.
Place sausage, egg and onions and peppers in torillas. Sprinkle with cheese.
