Mild Fresh Salsa

5 Large Tomatos (chopped)1/2 Red Onion (chopped)1 cup Fresh Cilantro (minced)2 Tbs. Lime Juice1 Tbs Garlic Powder
Chop 4 large tomato in to bite sized pieces. Liquify remaining tomato in blender and add to bowl.
I liquify the 1/2 onion as well, (as I don't like the texture :P) but you may chop the onion finely as well and add to the bowl with the tomatos.
Rinse the fresh cilantro well and chop finely, approx 1 cup. You may do this to taste.
Add 2 Tbs. lime juice.
Add 1 Tbs. garlic powder.
For added kick, add jalapenos or other hot peppers to the mix.
Stir well, cover and let sit in the fridge. Salsa is delish right away, but better tomorrow!
