Cinnamon Raisen Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups flour1 TB baking powder2 tsp salt4 tsp sugar1-2 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup raisens6 TB shortning2/3 cup buttermilk
Directions
mix dry ingredients and raisens, add shortning and mix until crumbly then add buttermilk and roll on floured board and cut and bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes unitl golden brown.

    These are pretty good.. but make sure you have your glass of milk to go with it... for some reason makes it tast so much better. My 4 year old son said this was his favorite breakfast! - 4/6/09
