Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup flour1 t. baking powder3 T brown sugar1 t cinnamon1/2 cup grated or chopped apples1 cup milk1 egg3 T melted margarine
Directions
Add dry ingredients together. Add milk, egg and melted margarine. Gently fold in apple. Cook on preheated griddle, flipping just once. Makes 12 4 inch pancakes.
