1 pint low-fat cottage cheese1/4 cup skim milk1 cup plain low-fat yogurt1/2 tsp salt1 tsp parsley1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder MAKES 25 SERVINGS
Directions
Blend the cottage cheese and milk together until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to mix. Serve with green salad or as a vegetable dip. Enjoy!

    Terrific. Will make often for crudites. I would load up on the fresh parsley since it's summer - 5/30/13
