1-1/2 Cups Quaker Oat Bran1-1/2 Cups Red River Cereal4 Cups Large Flake Quaker Oats1/2 Cup Wheat Germ1/2 Cup Ground Almonds1-1/4 Cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetner2 Tbsp. Cinnamon4 Tbsp. Green Tea Powder4-1/2 Cup Milk2 Cup Orange Juice1 Carton (250 grams) egg whites2 Tbsp. Vanilla2-1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
Makes a very large batch. I keep half in the fridge and the other half I freeze.
Spray 2 tinfoil lasagne pans with Canola Oil Spray.
In a very large bowl, combine the cereals, wheat germ, sweetner, almonds, green tea and cinnamon.
Add the blueberries and coat them well.
Stir in milk, vanilla, egg whites and juice.
Pour into pan and bake at 325 until set - approx. 60 to 90 minutes. When cool cut into squares.
Keeps well in fridge. I like to heat it in the micro and mix it with yogurt.
