32 oz, pasta6 chicken breasts6 cloves garlicspinach 1 bag or bunch freshmushrooms, 1 carton fresh diced tomato, petite 1 can2 cups chicken brothnonfat milk , 1 cup
Boil pasta. Saute chicken and garlic in cooking spray. Add a little broth if needed. Dice chicken and set aside. Saute spinach and mushrooms in small amount of chicken broth and garlic. Add rest of chicken broth and milk and drained tomato. Add cooked pasta.
serve with romano cheese.
