Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
Directions
Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 2 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") Mrs Dash, 1 serving Olive Oil Natural Idel Extre Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers), 5 tbsp
Put Olive oil in pan and heat up
Chop onion in small pieces place in pan
Slice green pepper and put in pan
Cook till tender
Slice potatoes place in pan
Sprinkle with Mrs Dash.
Cook till done.
You can ad salt if you want. I do not use it as I have to control my salt intake.
You can replace the peppers with what ever veggie you want or just not put any viggie in.
