Egg, fresh, 2 large Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp *Nuts, acorn flour, full fat, 6 oz **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbsp *Sucralose (like Splenda), 12 tsp Baking Powder, .5 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Body Fortress Super Advance Vanill Whey Protein (1 scoop), 2 serving
Mix all together and drop by 1/4c scoops. Makes 6 pancakes
