Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Cover 2 cups of macaroni shells with water, 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil and 1 Teaspoon of Salt. Bring to a boil and cut off as it's almost to a tender stage. Drain water from the shells and put the pasta into a buttered 9X13 corning wear dish. Take 1/2 cup of Diced Valdalia Onions and 1/2 cup of diced Green Bell Pepper and saute in a medium hot pan with 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil. When Onions are clear looking, add lean ground beef and brown thoroughly. (There should be hardly any grease in your pan so you shouldn't have to strain it. ) Add Diced Tomatoes and mix into browned ground beef. Then add the Tomato Sauce, the Salt and Pepper, Sugar, Oregano and Garlic Powder. Mix into the beef mixture and make sure everything is coated well. Transfer this meat sauce to cover the shells. Sprinkle the cheese over the meat sauce. Place into a preheated oven at 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
