Easy Spaghetti

1 medium spaghetti squash1 onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced1/4c. chopped basil2T dried oreganored pepper flakes1T salt1t pepper1 lb extra lean ground turkey1 can tomato sauce
Cut squash in half lengthwise, place cut side down on a cooking sheet and prick skin with fork. Bake at 350* for 30 min or until meat is crisp tender. Remove from oven, set aside to cool slightly. Once cooled, shred with fork into "spaghetti" strands.
Meanwhile, saute onion in olive oil until deeply browned. Add garlic and turkey, plus remaining spices. Cook until turkey is browned, and add tomato sauce. Spice to taste, and serve overtop the squash.
Makes 6 servings (1 c squash and 1/6 of total sauce mixture per serving)
