Chicken breast 4 to5 boned and skin removed.2 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 box cream cheese, 1pkg ranch dip, 1 pkg enchilada seasoning, 2 cans green peppers, 3 to4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream corn tortillas, 1 pkg cheeder cheese 2 cans enchilada sauce.
Boil chicken in water and bouillon cubes untill done. Let cool , shred chicken, put in pan and add cream cheese,ranch dip, enchilada seasoning, 2 cans green chilis, add heavey whipping cream to mostin may take alittle more than calls for. cook untill cheese melts.Spoon in shells place in baking dish. pour enchilada sauce over top and sreeded cheese.and bake at 350 untill cheese is fully melted. makes about 18 or 20
