12 " Mama Mary's Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust1 cup packed fresh spinach leaves8 1/4" thick slices tomato3 minced cloves garlic2 T. olive oil3 T. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Drizzle two tablespoons olive oil evenly over the pizza crust. Add minced garlic, spinach, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Reduce oven heat to 425 degrees. Place pizza on center rack and cook for 7-10 minutes.
