1 lb cooked garbonzo beans2 tbsp olive oil1-2 oz water1 tbsp lemon juice1 clove garlicsalt and pepper to taste
In a blender or food processor add all ingredients. Blend still desired consistency. Increase water to desired thickness. Serve chilled or room temp. Serves 6.
