3 Yukon Gold Potatoes, cubed1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil1/4 tsp. garlic salt1/2 tsp. onion powder3/4 c. Lucerne 2% Mexican Four Cheese Blend
Pour olive oil into casserole pan. Add potatoes and mix until they are covered with oil. Gradually add seasonings while continuing to "toss" the potatoes so that they get evenly distributed. Cover and bake at 350˚F for 20-25 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle cheese evenly across the top and put back into oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
