1 pkg Duncan Hines Angel food cake, baked & cooled2 - 4 serving package of fat free/sugar free lemon instant pudding.2 - 14oz cans of no sugar crushed pineapple2 cup thawed light Cool Whip toppingFresh fruit for garnish.
1. Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice in a medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
2. Cut cake horizontally ino 3 jayers, place bottom cake layer, cut side up, on serving plate; top with 1 1/3 cup of the pudding mixture.
3. Cover wih middle cake layer and additional 1 cup of the remaining pudding ixtrure;
4. Top with remaning cake layer. Spread with remaning pudding mixture, Refrigerate at least one hour Top with fresh fruit slices just before serving,
