2 point potato soup (from WW)

Ingredients
3 cans of chicken stock1 pkt of fat free country gravy mix1 onion, finely chopped2 potatoes, peeled and finely chopped
Directions
Place all ingredients (except gravy mix) into a heavy saucepan and simmer until potatoes and onions are cooked (maybe 15 minutes). Prepare gravy mix with water as directed and stir into the pan.

Heat gravy mix through and enjoy!
Makes about 8 1 cup servings.
