Whole Wheat Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats1 cup whole wheat pastry flour3/4 cup water3 T honey3 T oil2 t. baking powder2 large very ripe bananas mashed1/2 cup pecans (optional)3 small apples cut up into chunks (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into muffin tins. Bake at 375* for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 6-8 large muffins depending on the amount of optionial ingredients. I sometimes use other dried fruits.
