Delicious!!! Substituted Parmesian cheese for Feta (didn't have Feta) and it turned out great! - 2/27/12

Fantastic. I also substitued parmesan cheese for feta (I didn't have feta). I also doubled the recipe and made a regular size meatloaf. I also substitued V8 juice for Bloody Mary mix and put some catsup on top. My husband loved it!!!! - 11/29/12

This is good. I did notice that the spinach isn't listed on the ingredient list. I used Smart Balance oil, 1 lg. Portabella mushroom, diced, and Olivia's baby spinach. I added about 1/4 cup of Ro-tel sauce in it for moisture (it's a tomato sauce w/more zip), and a little on top of each too. - 8/13/12

really good! I didn't hav mushrooms, but I replaced them with grated carrot: along with the onions and spinach, it made a very colourful recipe. Both my sons enjoyed it. I will definitely do that recipe again. - 10/24/11

Ahhh, sorry! I just bought a large bunch at the farmers market. I would say it's probably equal to a half bag of store bought fresh spinach.
