Ingredients
a dash of dill pickle juicemustard & mayo to taste6 hard boiled eggs
Directions
cut each hard boiled egg in half and remove the yolks into a bowl. Smash the yolks well with a fork. Mix in the mustard, mayo and dash of pickle juice until it has a tangy pickly taste. Then spoon the mixture into each egg half. Chill or serve immediately

    I use fat free mayo and dry mustard with the pickle juice. I love it and eat them for lunches also. Try some pickle relish also! - 4/14/09
