Chicken Salad

2 Cups boiled or baked chicken, shredded1 Cup Kraft Miracle Whip, Nonfat2 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped1/4 cup chopped onion4 pieces of cooked bacon, crumbled2 tsp Plochman's Yellow Mustard2 tsp French's Honey Mustard
Roast, boil or bake whole chicken. Let cool. Hard boil 2 large eggs while chicken is cooking.
Cook 4 pieces of back in microwave.
Shred 2 cups of chicken when cooled.
Add other ingredients; 2 diced hard boiled eggs, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 4 pices of crumbled bacon, 1 cup Kraft Miracle Whip Nonfat Dressing, 2 tsp yellow mustard, 2 tsp honey mustard.
Mix all ingredients well. Serve then or refrigerate. Makes 64-1tbsp servings.
