1 pound dark choc (The best I could find)1 cup sugar (organic) 1 Cup skim milk (organic)1 T pure vanilla1/2 t sea salt8 large eggs (organic)1# silken tofu (organic)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter a spring form pan.(just the bottom)
Melt the first 5 ingredients in a heavy bottom pan on low till melted. I stir occasionally with a whisk. Beat eggs and tofu (in a seperate bowl with a whisk. When the choc. mixture is melted I blend the ingredients that are in the pan with the whisk so it is well blended. Then I pour slowly the choc. mixyure into the egg mixure while stiring with my whisk. It is very easy to make this cake!!
bake for about 45 mins. insert knife about 2 inches away from the side if the pan. It should come out clean and the cake should be set in the middle. Enjoy!!
