2 cans pink salmon1 c fiber one cereal then crush4 egg whites1 T lemon juice1/4 c light miracle whip
Directions
mix all together and make

you can bake these, broil, fry or grill them.

Bake 400 degrees for 30 -40 minutes

try with mustard
