*Ground Beef 93% Lean, 2lbOnions, raw, 1 large Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, shredded (or 1 bag shredded cabbage)Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 2 tbsp *Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits, refrigerated dough, 21 serving
Brown beef with onion. Add salt and pepper to taste then add cabbage and stir. Cook covered, stirring occasionally about 25 minutes or until cabbage soft and cooked down.
Roll out 1 biscuit (uncooked) until about 5-6 inc in diameter. Put about 1/4 c beef mix onto one half of dough and fold over. Crimp the edges with a fork. Place on greased (cooking spray) cookie sheet and repeat with remainig mix. I was able to use 21 biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
They freeze and reheat great!
